RESERVATION POLICY

Campsite cancellation policy:
The rental price of a campsite is valid at no additional cost for a camper group of 2 adults and minor children from the same family.
The client must book a minimum of 2 nights (3 nights during the long weekends following the weekend according to the calendar: St-Jean (according to calendar), Confederation (according to calendar), Labor Day).
$ 50 non-refundable deposit required when making a reservation.
For a cancellation made more than 7 days from the date of arrival: we will allow the deposit to be transferred to a later date without charge. No refund of deposit. If cancellation is 7 days or less from the arrival date, the $ 50 deposit will not be transferable and will become a cancellation fee.
If the customer does not show up and he has not called to cancel his reservation the day before his arrival: his site will be kept for the same evening and 2 nights will be charged.
If the campsite is unable to open its doors due to a cause beyond its control: natural disaster, pandemic, prolonged power failure: Our staff will contact you to transfer your reservation at a later date. No deposit refund.
Exception: It is possible for customers who cycle camping to be assured of having a tent site for one night only. However, a particular site cannot be guaranteed as there is no reservation in this case.

Monthly site
The rental price for a campsite is valid at no additional cost for a camper group of 2 adults and minor children from the same family.
When making a reservation of one month or more, a deposit of $ 250 is required and is non-refundable. It is however transferable if the customer calls more than 14 days from the date of arrival.
If the campsite is unable to open its doors due to a cause beyond its control: natural disaster, pandemic, prolonged power failure: Our staff will contact you to transfer your reservation at a later date. No deposit refund.

Trailer and ready-to-camp
The rental price of a Wood cabin or a Trailer is valid according to the normal accommodation capacity determined by the campsite. Please make sure the normal capacity is included in your package.
Minimum stay of two nights required for cabins and trailer. (3 nights during the long weekends following the weekend according to the calendar: St-Jean (according to calendar), Confederation (according to calendar), Labor Day).
When making a reservation, a NON-refundable deposit of $ 100 is required.

The total amount of the stay will be automatically charged to the credit card 14 days before the arrival date, we will call you to confirm your reservation.

Stay transferable free of charge more than 14 days from the date of arrival.
If the customer does not show up and call to cancel their reservation, 100% of the stay will be charged.
If the campsite is unable to open its doors due to a cause beyond its control: natural disaster, pandemic, prolonged power failure: Our staff will contact you to transfer your reservation at a later date. No deposit refund.

A security deposit of $200.00 is required upon arrival by credit card, in the form of a pre-authorization.  the unused pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled by your credit card issuer. The usual delay is about 10 working days.

All cabins, tents and trailers are non-smoking.  Please note that you are responsible for keeping your ready-to-camp clean. If serious damage or stains are found, we reserve the right to charge the fine directly from your credit card without notice.

Animals are prohibited.
Anyone found to violate either of these two regulations will face a $ 200 fee.
